Looking for Counselling Support in Victoria BC or Online Across Canada?
Are you seeking support with anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relationships, emotional challenges, or major life transitions?
Are you a parent looking for child and youth counselling to support your child’s emotional wellbeing, confidence, emotional regulation, and ability to navigate life’s challenges?
Are you a man looking for a supportive space to explore emotions, relationships, stress, identity, life changes, or experiences that have been difficult to process alone?
Are you an adult, couple, or family wanting a safe, supportive space to better understand yourself, strengthen connection, and create meaningful change?
Counselling offers a place to slow down, reflect, and develop new tools for coping, healing, and growth. Through trauma-informed counselling, somatic therapy, expressive arts therapy, art therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and equine-assisted counselling, I support children, youth, teens, men, women, adults, couples, and families in Victoria, BC and online across Canada.
Sometimes experiences are difficult to express through words alone. Creative and experiential approaches can provide another pathway for understanding emotions, processing experiences, and reconnecting with yourself and others.

Ania supports children, youth, teens, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, relationships, life transitions, and veteran and first responder-related concerns through trauma-informed counselling, somatic therapy, expressive arts, and equine-assisted counselling.

Depression
Life can feel heavy and overwhelming at times. Together, we explore what’s weighing on you and find small, practical ways to bring light and balance back into your days. Creative expression can also help give voice to feelings that are hard to put into words.

Anxiety
Worries and tension can take over, making it hard to feel present. I provide a safe, supportive space to understand your anxiety and practice tools to manage it. Using art or creative activities can help calm the mind and make feelings easier to process.

Relationships
Relationships can be rewarding but also challenging. I support you in understanding patterns, improving communication, and fostering connection with others. Exploring feelings through art can make it easier to express what’s hard to say in words.

Family
Families can be a source of love, but also of stress and conflict. I support families in improving communication, understanding patterns, and strengthening connections. Art and creative exercises can provide a shared space for expression, understanding, and healing together.

Children and Youth
Growing up can be confusing, challenging, and full of change. I provide a safe, supportive space for children and teens to explore feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. Creative activities like drawing or painting can help them express what’s hard to put into words.

Trauma
Trauma can leave deep, lasting effects on how we feel, think, and relate to the world. I provide a safe, compassionate space to process these experiences at your own pace. Creative expression, like art or movement, can help release emotions and make sense of experiences when words aren’t enough.

Men's Work
Men often carry stress, anger, or pressure in silence. I offer support to help identify patterns, understand emotional triggers, and build healthier ways of coping through life's challenges. Incorporating creative approaches can offer an action oriented way to access and understand emotions.

Addictions
Struggling with addictive behaviours can feel isolating and exhausting. I offer guidance and support to understand triggers, build healthier coping strategies, and regain control of your life. Creative practices can be a helpful outlet for emotions that are hard to express.

Grief
Loss can feel confusing, heavy, and all-consuming. I provide a compassionate space to honor your feelings, process grief, and navigate the changes it brings. Art and creative expression can help you reflect and release emotions safely.
Using empathy, conversation, and creative tools, I’ll help you tune into your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Together, we’ll reflect on old patterns and nurture beliefs that honor your growth.

Curious About Healing Through Art?
Searching for support that feels less clinical and more human?
✅ Do you find talking alone isn’t enough to express what you’re carrying?
✅ Are emotions showing up in your body, behaviour, or creativity rather than words?
✅ Are you supporting a child, teen, or family member who struggles to verbalize feelings?
✅ Do you want therapy that honours intuition, imagination, and nervous-system safety?
Art therapy invites reflection through making, noticing, and meaning-making. The focus isn’t the artwork—it’s what emerges through the process.
